This past week I had the opportunity to speak to the "Ladies In Professional Power" organization (thank you ladies) about my "Pay It Forward" approach to doing business. It's funny, I don't really think of it as "pay it forward" because that would imply that I want something in return. I don't think like that but I suppose I do get much in return. I get the satisfaction to share with my team of Frost and Friends and all who contribute to the event that gives art scholarships to young people. It's pretty amazing what a group of like minded individuals can do. So I came up with an acronym that explains my mission. I hope that it may inspire other businesses to do the same. F.R.O.S.T. F friends...R real (keeping it real, authentic)...O open your heart to others (giving back)...S tell your Story...T trust your heart! My F&F business mantra.Quite frankly, I think it is an everyday-living mantra.
