City sidewalks, busy sidewalks, dressed in frosty style ! One of my favorite things to do each year is to paint the Rockford area convention and visitors Bureau windows for the Stroll on State.  I hope that if you're local,  you will have a chance to go downtown to see the windows ! It's a great way to kick off the holiday season.  And come by and see me at Frostyland, November 28th at the Stroll! It's a marvelous community event.
